· Senior Project Controls Engineer, UZ750 IPMT Project Controls Lead for Early Works package within Client team.
Project: ZADCO Upper Zakum Field development program to achieve target production rate of 750 MBD eventually to be enhanced to 1 MMBD on four numbers of artificial Islands comprising a Central processing complex Island and 3 satellite Islands.
Establish Project Controls procedures, Change Control procedures, progress measurement procedures for Contractor’s progress certification. Finalizing WBS, PMS, report formats for Contractors. Preparation and presentation of Project Cost stewardship reports. Preparation of yearly budgets and obtaining approvals. Setting up Change management and Control system, estimating and analyzing CTNs raised by Contractor, obtaining management approvals according to ZADCO procedure. Internal assessment of Project prolongation, assessment of Contractor’s claims. Project schedule and risk assessment.
