Hi, I am currently involved in an expression of interest for a regional aerodrome upgrade. I don't have any airport project exprience but I have done a lot of road jobs.
One of the scope of works is to strengthen the existing runway from PCN 18 to PCN 38. May I know how this is carried out usually on a live runway?
