· Preparing a tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities BOQ
· Undertaking detailed take offs in the format to be use within interim or payment applications and Variations
· Prepared the materials schedule for approval and request for quotation (RFQ).
· Monitored all materials requested are received and follow up ahead the others to avoid delays.
· Coordinating closely with site Manager and engineer’s to monitor the ongoing construction is all within the approved drawings.
· Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ) and bill of materials (BOM) for checking, verifying and approving of all invoices of the subcontractorsas per payment terms.
· Prepared and maintained records of all subcontractors agreements and payments
· Assisting in establishing clients requirements.
· Layout plans and details for architectural, structural, mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP)
