i'm working as a planning engineer (project controls Engineer) at Archirodon Overseas N.V Morocco branch. Working in two projects, off-shore sea outfall for a posphat factory and extension and rehabilitaion of Port Lasfar, El Jadida City.
with Four years of experiemce in Scheduling, Planning and controls, i am mainly responsible for Updating the programme for both projects using primavera P6.7, along with the submission of the relative reports for the Employer (Monthly, weekly) and internal reporting (monthly, weekly, and when needed), to measure the project progress in terms of Manhours, cost and time.
Responsible for Providing all required data to complete for various purposes, one of them is the budget for Work value, invoices, subcontracotrs and Material.
Responsible for Subcontractors invoices review in terms of Progress.
the follow up of the material deliveries to match the site priorities and the Project Time Schedule.
