· Study tender documents from client (terms & conditions, drawings, and technical specifications) in order to verify project scope, time, and material.
· Prepare technical offer for biding (material datasheet, method statement, organization chart, and preliminary plan)
· Prepare financial offer for biding based on material quantities and prices, required tools and equipment, and required manpower per discipline.
· Develop project control sheets for project scope, manpower, material, tools & equipment, and progress.
· Follow up manpower attendance and material delivery along with work progress to compare actual result with planned productivity according to project plan.
· Follow up incurred costs regarding to mobilization, manpower, material, tools & equipment, and site expenses.
· Prepare project situation reports including scope updates, releases & work-front, material availability, work progress, productivity, and costs.
· Communication with client and working staff as required.
· Follow up financial status (invoices & pay-checks) estimating cost to completion and total invoicing value.
· Develop project control sheet to summaries all projects information and situations.
Assist in implementation of Total Quality Management System.
