As Senior planners and managers, what would you expect from a planner with 2 years experience, coming into a role within your company.
I am moving into an unrelated company and am a planner with 2 years experience (however around 14 months of this is exposure to P6 and some pertmaster and the rest was on SAP software and project accounting/budgets).
I am trying to prepare as best as I can for this role and really want to read up on and practice any areas so as not to make mistakes and to hit the ground running.
Second question, when looking at a schedule or sitting with the PM, what do you run through (either mentally or in your questioning/checking with them) when looking at a schedule or scheduling/progressing the project (week by week or monthly basis)?
