Our construction crews have switched calendars mid project.
The original calendar was a Monday-Friday 8hr/day calendar.
The new Calendar is a 9/80
For those not familiar with a 9/80:
Week 1 Monday - Thursday 9hrs, Friday 8hrs and on
Week 2 Monday - Thursday 9hrs with Friday being a non work day.
My question pertains to how do I go about setting this calendar up in my project.
I will need to apply it to my remaining activities only.
I have created a calendar to modify, however, I get stuck on filling in the Time Period Units (hrs/day, hrs/week, etc)
I am fairly experience in using Primavera, however, this issue has me confused.
