August, 1995 Duties include ensuring that work is progressed as scheduled by identifying trends for management attention and by taking early prevention measures; reviewing the strategy of work submitted by the construction team of the various sections and adjusting the schedule to suit work constraints and open fronted areas; monitoring and reviewing the periodically project updated schedule; site coordinating between various trades and coordinating schedule variances; identifying delay and slippage, and providing recommendations for performance improvement and/or corrective action to project management.
