- Responsible for the project planning, scheduling and tracking of projects.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly project progress and cost reports.
- Generating and preparing monthly progress curves(earned value/S-curve) for the projects to the client and management;
- Co-ordinate with site engineers, supervisors for site erection activities work progress.
- Attending progress review meetings with clients and preparation of minutes of meeting.
- Lifting Supervision for Cranes and preparing the crane lifting charts.
- Preparation of Method statements for scope of works.

- Preparing delay notifications and progress using Contracts ( FIDIC )
- Perform cost control, analysis and estimating activities.
- Perform schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities, as directed.
- Supervise cost engineering and/or planning and scheduling activities, when delegated.
- Support project organizational and administrative activities.
- Prepare and analyze comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data.
- Support development of Project Controls standards and procedures.
