- Support the Global Clinical Planning Office in Oss (NL), Roseland (US) and Osaka (Japan).
- Assist and advise Global Clinical Development Teams and Clinical Trial Teams in order to obtain the most current global project activity status on a bi-weekly basis as well as changes to the resource loading from line management and co-workers on a four weekly basis and updating the project planning system (Primavera) with this information.
- Ensure that the planning reflects agreements made in the Global Project Teams as well in the Global Clinical Development Teams and the Clinical Trial Teams.
-Encourage Global Clinical Development Team leaders and Clinical Trial Team leaders to maintain an optimistic, challenging, lean-and-mean but above all realistic project and resource planning.
- Produce standard and on-request reports based on business'needs.
- Act as a liaison for the Clinical Development Departments (Oss, The Netherlands) and project management (Global Venture Teams and Proof of Concept teams).
- Human resource administration for the time writing system
