Responsible for a team of 5 people in planning & project controls activities of Fajr e Jam Gas Power Plant Extension project in Fajr e Jam Gas Refinery (Jam–Iran), it is a 6000 million JPY Project performing by ODCC & PTS joint venture as an EPCC project and I am managing all the Appropriate issues regarding to the project Planning, Scheduling, Controls & Monitoring, Reporting, Invoicing, Budgeting & Cost Control, DCC and all related coordination between client, consultant, Subcontractors & the project team in this regard, knowing all the parts of Engineering, Procurement & Construction activities could help to prepare a useful schedule based on reality & allocate the Optimum resources for each activity; and helpful reports in every period showing critical points & Advising recovery plans if needed.
