TOP DOWN ESTIMATION P6-v7

Hi-All

I have incounter the problem to using Top Down Estimation,

I have assign resource to the activity , resource max.time /unit is 0,

i have tick calculate cost from unit.

the i have use TDE i 500 units for one wbs.

when i performed the TDE the units distribution not accordint to weghing value,

actvity weighing vale 10 means 50 units for the activity
but it is not.

Please advise,
