Budgeted Qty

Dear planners,

Recently i made a recovery schedule with some addition of budgeted wty (manhours)but eventhough i have run the global change, the budg qty(mhrs)which i have added is not considered.
AND
In the loading also the budg qty is not matching.

Pls suggest ...
