Hi gentlemen,
When a project is underway (lets say you are in 40% overall progress) and you see that you can change the logic of some activities in the current schedule (for activities that havent started yet) in order to improve the schedule, do you have to inform about this to your project management? do you need a formal approval of your management and/or customer management? If you change the logic of ten activities of your current schedule, what happens with your target schedule?
