Systech International

Systech International - who we are

Systech International provides responsive, high quality multi-disciplinary managed services to contractors, supporting them in the delivery of complex and challenging projects on time and to budget.

We are the leading global provider of commercial management, project controls, planning and scheduling, claims, expert witness, dispute resolution, legal and visualisation services on construction, infrastructure and energy projects.

Our team of professionals provides services over the full lifespan of projects – from bid to handover – from our offices across Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and the Americas.

We understand the requirements and risks of projects and the need for robust and professional cost and schedule control throughout the duration of a scheme. We also have the expertise to manage and resolve claim or dispute situations should they arise using our commercial and legal consultants who provide a co-ordinated and seamless service, avoiding the abortive work that often arises when using multi-party advisors.

Planning and scheduling is a critical element of any project and a contractual requirement in many modern forms of contract. Systech International provides a full range of planning services to support clients through all phases of the project lifecycle; feasibility, tender, procurement and construction. The primary focus is to develop, provide and communicate workable programmes that all project team members can understand and subsequently deliver.

Systech planning personnel are skilled in both strategic and detailed programme preparation and management. Systech can provide differing levels of support depending on the client’s requirements.

These range from individual resources to augment existing teams through to providing full programme management/project control teams.

Systech also provide forensic planning services to assist Clients when claims and disputes arise.

The benefits of the services Systech provides include:
  • Clear understanding of time obligations and critical paths
  • Clear understanding of the key dates for the entire Project team
  • The establishment of a clear baseline from which further contract entitlements can be assessed.
  • A clear and effective communication tool
  • Early identification of critical issues
  • Identification and review of options to recover programme slippage
  • Change management – accurate record of cause and effect of change on baseline
