(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I want to take a planning & primavera course and was wondering if someone can help me with the following questions:
1. What is the 102 course ?
2. Is it better to have an online course or a classroom based course?

102 is a little more than basic it is a great course to take as a 1st course. In person is always better because there is realy help if you get stuck and you can ask questions and learn from other peoples questions and answers.
