Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

Please see attached screeenshot (http://ge.tt/7uuG97m2 ). . I previously used it in Asta.

Now I need your help to do so in P6:

a) How to give Weekly planned % complete column and actual Weekly  % Complete column as I highlighled in rectangle?

b)How to show different weekly progress lines on bar chart at the same time as highlighted in screenshot?

Please advise.

Cheers

Andy

Andy,

P6 only roles up, indeed only stores % to date for current and baseline schedules.

A spreadsheet view of quantities forecast per week is simple, but expressing those as percentages is barely possible, making those percentages roll up is impossible.
