Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear All,

, I got a project that will complete within 2-1/2 yrs with estimted manhour of 175,000 Hours, I drafted a schedule that loaded with manpower. Expert advise how much direct workers required to complete the work activity. Thanks a lot.

As was discussed before resource hours and resource quantities are not proportional.

But in any case the number of workers is not the same during the project life cycle. The number of workers at any time is determined by the project schedule.

if you have the estimated manhours then you should know out of the 175,000 manhours how much is direct and indirect how did you come uo with this numebr in the first place ?
