The current roles we would like to promote is working with a professional services client who provides consultancy, delivery, operations and programme management to their clients. With many offices operating in various countries they make a difference to commissions by managing the delivery of their programmes and projects.

Our client’s opportunities are for delay resolution consultants up to director level to be based in London preparing complex construction claims at expert witness level. Our client’s offers expert witness services in formal disputes between parties involved in the development of major projects, many of which may end up in litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution. This client provides independent advice and assistance to parties throughout the dispute resolution process, up to and including the provision of testimony as independent expert witnesses at hearings.

The successful consultants will be responsible for forensic investigation of claim entitlements, the preparation of persuasive claim submissions, demonstration of commercial astuteness to maximise clients position, attending meeting with clients to take briefings and report on progress, work to deadlines to produce claim documents, articulating claims in various formats such as narrative, quantum, slide presentation and verbally. Also, you will identify and collate supporting documentary evidence, & hold appropriate gravitas for the role to ensure confidence of clients and member of the client’s professional team.

Essential experiences will be: A Full understanding of the dispute resolution process, experience of preparing claim submissions, Construction background with onsite contractor experience, IT literate (excel & word skills are a minimum), Excellent writing skills, Ability to express complicated issues with clarity & Self-confidence to gain the respect of challenging clients. A must is formal disputes experience such as Adjudication or Arbitration

Salary will be negotiable & based on experience in addition to a full benefits package built for the individual requirements.

Salary: 
£120,000 + package + bonus and benefits
