Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I need to assess the feasibility of construction timing, for a LNG regasification on-shore Terminal facility, based on pre-coom and commissioning sequence and timing: does anybody have experience to help me?
It is my first LNG project and it has process flows different from most of my past experiences (power, rail, petro-chem, etc.).

Dear Romano,

These are usually highly specialized project. You will need as a planner to identify the complete deliverable. Subsequently, you can ask you team members to assign the activities, sequence, and the durations.

You will need the input from all the people involved in the project; Engineering, Procurement, HR to determine available resource, Construction teams, Quality Control teams, shipping and handling team, and financial people to ensure cash flow to support all the above activities.
