Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

G’day,

Has anybody had any experience with using PRINCE2 project management methodology in the real world ?

I have passed both exams but there doesn’t seem to be much call for it in the Oil and Gas Industry in Perth, wa ?

Thanks,

Kevin.

Don’t let the fact that they don’t ask for PRINCE2 put you off. All PM methodologies are the same behind the corporate wrapping.

Different lexicons, same meanings.

Semms to me that Prince2 and the real world are worlds apart.

Hence the term PINO (Prince In Name Only)
