Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

P6 Dosn't consider the highest TF

Dear All Planners,

Why P6 dosent consider the highest TF in the schedule as the project TF? Seee the example below why P6 not consider teh -67 as the highest TF?

Total   -45

WBS1  -45

WBS2  -67

Are you really looking at a TF or negative 45 and negative 67 and if that is true then -45 is higher than -67 (closer to zero)    Surely you don't have a -67 day total float in your schedule as that is indicating that you would over run your completion date that is showing in the schedule currently by 67 days
