Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have a question: Schedule % complete in P6 is calculated based on what???(duration, unit,...)

SCHEDULE % COMPLETE indicates how much of the activity duration should currently be completed relative to the baseline schedule. This is based on where the data date falls between the activities baseline start and finish dates.

Duy Pham,

By Default P6 calculate Schedule % Complete by proportion of duration if no resources assigned. If resource is assign without rate or cost P6 will still use duration. If Cost loaded, proportion of cost towards duration if no resource curve assigned. If resource curves is assigned then P6 use curved proportion.
