Hi Irfan

Herez how I make it

1. Take a copy of latest updated prog

2. This prog is delayed prog, plse put your recovery finish date, as a must fish by date, to project finish

3. Now filter for longest path

4. Analyse the path and shorten the path by 1. reducing rem dur of in progress 2. reducing Org dur of not started

                                                              3. Changing the logics 4. changing calendar etc

5. Do this and filter for next longest path and shorten it

6. At last you will match with the recovery finish date

Hi Irfan

Adjust logic

Increase resources

change calendar

change work pattern

It is all set out in more detail in the forum plus all the other things that you have to take into account - so do your own research please.
