Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am asked to load the weightage values for each activities into the P6 schedules.when I calculated the weightages for activities, the values comes after 3, 4 or sometimes 5 decimal values (eg:0.0055,0.0002,0.00006).When these are loaded to P6, all values (like 0.0002,... ) becomes 0.00.

I know that I can input only 2 decimal values. Please correct me, and please let me know whether there is any possibility to load values as mentioned above.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

What I always do is to multiple it by 100 or 1000, so that I can get a decent whole number.

Some of my schedule total weightage goes as high as 10,000.

Hi Salman,

Yes you are correct, Primavera is only limited to two decimal places.

The decimals will automatically round up to 2. If you have 10.056000 it will round up to 10.06 and etc.

Arnold
