Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello,

I have a question.

Is there a way to password protect my projects, so that people can have read access only and not write.

Your help would be appreciated.

You can also use the "Check In / Check Out" tools of P6. Once the project is checked out by you, others can view the projects but they won’t be able to change anything.

Hello,
you should ask your Primavera administrator to create all the necessary user profiles; P6 does not work with passwords (except for launching the software) but with user profiles.
