Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can anyone tell me if you can show critical path in summary bars?

Hi Dave

The summary bar is a display of all of the activities within that band....how about rolling up critical activities so they are displayed on the summary bar?

1) Right click on the gantt chart and select Bars
2) From the list of bars select Critical Remaining
3) Click on the Bar Settings tab and confirm there’s a tick next to ’Show Bar When Collapsed’
4) When you collapse all of the bars - the summary bar will now display the critical red activities on top (Click on the Layout Options Bar and select Collapse All, Expand as appropriate)
