Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Does anyone know how to define/create, (not alter the WBS element) new base methodologies for use with the project Architect.

i.e. say i wanted to replicate a project based upon a standard corporate WBS.

You can create new base methodologies in Methodology Manager by exporting an existing project in P3e and then importing it into MM. When you import the project you are given a choice on whether to use Actuals or Planned values for the existing project.
This is actually quite neat because you have a chance to improve your methodologies after they have been used - continuous improvement.

Project Architect is used to Import a Methodology from Methodology Manager into Project Manager.
You can either create a project through PA or import a Methodology into an exicting project.
