Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

On my project I have all the activities organized by phase.  Is there a way to automatically display the total duration of the phase in the title?

For example, if I had a phase 1A, and all the activites in phase 1A would take 30 days to complete, it would display '30' days next to where it says phase 1A.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Jones,

Yes, there is. If you are using Primavera P6 than go to the "View Menu" then to "Group and Sort" and then under the "Display Options" Tab , tick the "Show Group Totals" option and press "Ok"
