Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Import user Define Column from MSP to P v5.0

I tried to import schedule from MS Project to P v5.0.

All other columns are imported except user defined Columns

Also I am unable to import activity codes.

How can I import user defined columns & activity codes??

Can anyone help me????

Hi Arun
As P5 is a release status of P3e, you’ll better put posts related to P5 into that category.
For the user defined fields (=UDF): First define them in P5. Then, when you’ll start the import, in the 4th(?) window "Template" you can add a new template or you can just modify an existing one. Walk through the detail tabs. The right one is for the UDF. There you can select source and target field.
As for the codes I sorry, I don’t know.
