Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

STEP 1- Develop a work break down structure which can refect the Risk management task too.
STEP 2-Sequence the tasks.
3-Estimate the work package.
STEP 4- From step 2 and 3 you can Calculate the Intial Schedule .
STEP 5- From step 4 and step 5 you can Assign and level Resources taking in consideration the resourse constraints.
STEP 6-From step 5 and 3 you can develop your budget because you already have the Realistic schedule and resourse forecast and the materials cost from product specifications
STEP 7- From 6 you will have All project tasks,Schedule, Responsibilities,Budget,Resource forecast
