Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

My laptop needs to be rebuilt because of a failed network upgrade. How do I remove the license from the P3 version 3.1 so I can re-install it after the rebuild please ?

Will give this a try. I hate it when I have to re-install all my software and files after a re-build. IT will only do so much, I have to do the rest.

Hi Terry,

I had the same problem, contact P3 and request a new licience number. In the meantime when you reload just go in using the ’obtain licience later’ option. P3 are pretty quick in reply.
