Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Davood,

P6 works the other way around. It you assigned a baseline to a live schedule; you can show the column where your baseline is assigned with. Ex. Project Baseline, you can show BL Project Start and BL Project Finish. Any task without BL Project Start and BL Project Finish (except for the Milestone where applicable i.e start or finish milestone) are the activities that do not exist on your baseline but exist on live schedule. You can also define a filter to select those blank BL Project Start or blank BL Project Finish.

If you wish to compare the baseline to live, you can use "Schedule Comparison" under Tools Menu.

If you wish to know what activities exist on the baseline but not on live, do the other way around by assigning your live schedule as your Project baseline and use baseline schedule as the current schedule. Any BL Project Start or Finish that is blank, those activities are not present on your baseline (current schedule).
