Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all, I have been in planning for about 15 years. I had bad experience in my previous company where the project had 2 to 3 planners all reporting to the project director. my current company, my new project also in a situation we have 2 planners. me and the other senior planner. there is no lead and both of us reporting to the project director. I find it very confusing and very hard to work. Can I know if I am being difficult to work with or do you agree that it should be a clear planning lead in the project? the project is one building only. your experience and opinion is much appreciated thanks Mike
