Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Good Morning to All,

Anybody can help me by providing the productivity rates of machineries which we were using in infrastructure projects.

Thank you.

Hi Antony

Production of earthworks is controlled by the disposal rate of the excavated material.

This is calculated by the volume of the haul units and the distance travelled - controlled by the capacity of the haul roads.

Once that has been established the excavating kit can be set from the manufacturers catalogues - set at 120% of the disposal rate.

The digger can wait a bit but the disposal must be non stop.

Best regards
