Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

my answer reains that same

add a resource to each activity and put in the budgeted units (manhours for each activity)

then just update your remaining manhours for activities that are in progress

for your activiites that are completed update the reamining units as zero

Thanks for your valuable response!! But do we need to load the Manpower in all the activities including the completed ones. and what about the ongoing activities ?? we shall put only the remaining units or total units is also required to show a realistic Manpower Histogram !!

Thanks in advance!!

yes you can do it add a resource in the resource dictionary

then add a resource to each activity and put in the budgeted units (manhours for each activity)

then just update your remaining manhours for activities that are in progress
