Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

 

I'd like to manage portfolio with PRA and I want to define 2 or more different risk scoring for project level & portfolio level.

How can I switch the qualitative assessment between these 2 levels?

I mean if I have one risk assess with project level risk scoring, how the same risk will be assess with portfolio risk scoring ?

If I have VH with 100 $ at cost project level, PRA will assess VH with 1 mil $ at portfolio level. This situation is unacceptable.

Please advice !
