Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Planners,

Can any one tell me accurately what is the difference between "Revised Plan" and "Recovery Plan", and in which cases they are used?

Best,

Moutaz

We revise a programme in case of EOT, scope change (addition or deletion), Quantities changes

Recovery plan is the way to absorbe the delay and turn back to the original project finish date.

Hi Moutaz

You prepare a recovery plan to try to reduce a delay situation.

You revise a plan if there is a different way of doing things.
