Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

Number of Helpers in man power histogram

How To fix the Numbder of Helper on Man power histogram, Other Man power like Steel fixer, Mason etc we fix based on their productivity on construction

Please let me know

It should be derived based on the relative weightage in the overall manhours. It depends on the nature of activity. For example plastering work against 100 man-hours, you can distribute this manhours as 75% to Mason and 25% to Helper (Labors) i.e. the job requires 75 man- hours of Mason and 25 man-hours of Labor.
