Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello guys, I am currently working on a petrochemical project, and my previous orientation is from High Rise Civil Construction Planning, I was a Commissioning Engineer before in a power plant but I think that will not help me much to plan for a project on a similar nature.

So this comes down to my predicament of having to check the accuracy of the durations that I have on the Schedule which I finalized alongside our construction team, but based on their estimation only, So I was hoping there is a standard or a rule of thumb for this estimation for Man-Hour budgeting for materials and equipments for heavy construction.

Thanks again and may the force be with us.

Regards,
