Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi John

If you really want to know about windows / time slice analysis then go to the AACE website and try to understand the convoluted language.

They really know how to put the anal in analysis.

I have been working as a delay analyst for 15 years and have avoided Windows analysis like the plague.

If you really want to develop your analytical skills then study Time Impact Analysis - as defined in the UK - not USA.

Better still go to www.planningacademy.org and see the tuition modules on Principles of Delay Analysis.

Best regards
