Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Harish

You are asking in the wrong place.

Go to someone in your office who knows what to do and ask him / her.

There is nothing wrong in gaining experience and the only way to do that is to ask.

I have just joined a company in India that specialises in offshore pipelines and it took two days on a pipelaying barge for me to thoroughly understand the methods - now I can confidently put a programme together.

So ask to visit a site where it is all happening and then take it from there.

Best regards
