Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Anbin,

Please provide a copy to your construction team as well. You need to talk to them about the details and the sequence of work. They will have to build it for your. So, their opinion is a major criteria in the successful achievement of the Program of Works.

With kind regards,

This is a good start.
Please add the following at the start of the program:

2. Shop drawings submittals.
3. Method Statements
Safety Plan
Erection Plan
4. Quality Records

5. Procurement: you need to mention the arrival of material at site.
6. At the end of the program you need to mention the Testing and Commissioning and Handing over to client.
A. "As Built" drawings
B. Quality Manual; inspection records, MTCs, Welding Maps, Test results.

7. Please show the installation of the Achor Bolts as an independent activity, because it will be handed over to client.
8. Have a look at the Electromechancial requirements of the project and make sure that you include them all.
9. Check the inspection requirements at site and include then in yoru construction sequence.
10. Check what is the height of the tank and how many plates you have and show them as levels in your construction sequence.
