Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello,

This is my first post so thanks in advance for viewing and responding!


I have a project, broken down into subprojects and associated tasks - I am using MS Project 2007.

One task takes 16 hours to do if 1 person did it, however the duration to actually complete would be 2 weeks for example.

How do I show this, while incorporating multiple resources and resource utlizations, like Resource A will work 10% of a full day for 2 weeks, and Resource B will work the remaing to complete the task in 2 weeks?
