Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I work for a small engineering firm and we just implemented Primavera P6. The company is growing exponentially meaning we now need to have everything structured unlike how we’ve been working for a while.

Does anyone have any example Work Breakdown Structure WBS P6 .xer file template or documents that can be used for different upcoming projects in the Oil and Gas Engineering industry.

A lot of Work Breakdown Structure Template in P6 that can be used in your project. You can easily modify & rectify depending on your requirements.

why you need sample when you can tailor it to whatever you want? you mentioned that you don’t like what you’ve been working before, (same with samples), if I give you one, you might not like it, but if you hire me (just in case), you may like what I’d be doing for you!
