Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear all,
Please let me know how to export/import data for weekly updated schedule with P6. With P3 we can export and import data by excel but I don’t know what i have to do with P6.
Please help.

If you want to do an update with Excel as well, the procedure in P6 is quite similiar to the one in P3.

File --> Export --> xls --> ... You’ll be guided by the wizzard.
Import Equivalent.
Same as in P3 the file-structure while updating progress in EXCEL shall not be modified. Records can be added or deleted by the "Delete" flag.
