Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Let this tread to be a tread that recording all the production rate for all trade including earthwork, piling work, RC work, Architectural work,Road Works, infrastructure works, M & E Works etc.

anyone who has a link or book about the production rate, you are welcome to share here.

This production rate just serve as a guide for planning & scheduling purpose as we know that depends on many factors: eg. piling works: depends on the hammer performance, operator skill, ground condition, etc.

Hi Thomas

The RICS bookshop has a CD based on the old Wessex Estimating that has thousands of industry standard work outputs in hours / unit.

I use it all the time for resource modelling.
