Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am working as a Planner in a construction project. I am using P3 as a project planning tool. I want to put a number of resources (with quantity) in Left pan area for a number of activities. So, that I can say in a particular week, these are the activities to be excuted and their respective different sort of resources are also provided. This will help the construction site engineer to organise and plan for his next week’s programme with respect to materials as well as manpower also. I want the Gann chart in right pan as usual. How can I get this in P3 Window?

Shambhu,

Add custom data items for quantities. Thats most easy compared to adding budgeted quantity in resources tab.
