Fellow planners

Has anyone had significant as-built experience with any Pre-cast concrete building systems ( i.e. sandwich panel / fiillgran slab & topping with PCC solid walls / insulated concrete form ( polystyrene ) etc on Apartment blocks.

If so, what is the GIFA m2 on average per day (excl. walls ) ?

At present I am looking at a number of systems; and each one has an advantage over the other in terms of overall programme logic...

E.G. concurrent Superstructure & 1st fix M & E installation in floors and walls ( Sandwich panel ) v 1st fix M & E installation when temp props are striked after structural topping curing achieved ( filligran and pcc walls & insulated form ).

If your aim is speed of construction have you considered the MIVAN formwork system? http://www.mivan.com/formwork/applications/
