Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Help requested,

I am a student in a housing HNC course. I am currently researching a new build development scenario. I need help on the following.

How would a project manager in a new build housing scheme in the uk work to ensure that the end scheme meets the customers needs in terms of finished product,cost and timescale?

Can anyone help,please?

HOW would the project manager in UK WORK...?


well...in nepal it is a bit lay back...
with bonk and spliff, somehow reducing project conflicts within varios decision maker in the project development.
i,v been wondering if he/she could pursue that in UK...?
